- Dos Amantes Irish Red Ale
- This malty, full-bodied beer is lightly hopped with East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops. It is named after the Chamorro Legend of the two lovers with red signifying affairs of the heart.
- Che’lu Honey Rye Brown Ale
- A dark brown ale with medium to full body and a subtle peppery character from the rye malt.
- Maga’lahi Oatmeal Stout
- The oatmeal produces a smooth and creamy black beer. It's flavor comes from Fuggle hops, East Kent Golding hops and dark roasted barley which gives it a chocolate or coffee flavor. It's named after the Chamorro word for chief because it is such a stout and robust beer.
- Ginger Ale
- A refreshing ginger ale made with fresh ginger, cardamom, coriander, grains of paradise, fresh lemon and lime. Sweetness with Splenda.
- Hefeweizen
- A light and refreshing beer characterized by it's cloud appearance and banana, vanilla or clove aftertaste.

- A light and refreshing wheat beer with coriander, chamomile tea, fresh orange juice and orange zest.
- Pomegranate Wheat
- A classic wheat beer with the subtle sweetness and tartness of pomegranate.
- British IPA
- This British style IPA is hopped with East Kent Golding, Fuggle and Challenger hops.
- Met’got Cascadian IPA
- A relatively new variant of IPA with a characteristically dark or black appearance due to roasted malts. This beer retains the Simcoe and Cascade hop aroma typical of the IPA style. It's named after the Chamorro word for strong because of its strong flavor and high alcohol content.
- Vanilla Porter
- Black and chocolate malt gives this porter it's dark brown color. This beer is lightly hopped with Simcoe and Cascade hops. Vanilla is added during secondary fermentation to add a subtle vanilla flavor.
- Oktoberfest
- This beer has a malty sweetness, toasted malt aroma and low hop flavor. Look for it on tap toward the end of September.
- Spiced Pumpkin Ale
- This beer gets it's flavor from roasted pumpkin, ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and allspice. It is mild with low bitterness and a malty backbone. Look for it on tap in November.
